Shape Shifters provides web development, design, and digital strategy services, including but not limited to custom website development, lead intelligence systems, CMS integration, and ongoing support. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement:

• All content on the Shape Shifters website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is our property and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project, as outlined in the project agreement.
• We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary components developed during any engagement.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information, content, and feedback required for project completion.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or materials you provide to us.
• Review and approve deliverables within the timeframes outlined in the project agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, schedules, and amounts are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may be subject to a hold on ongoing work until the balance is settled.

6. Project Changes

Requests for changes beyond the agreed scope may result in additional costs and adjusted timelines. We will communicate any such changes and obtain your approval before proceeding.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shape Shifters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Project-specific warranties, if any, are defined in individual project agreements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement as specified in the project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for any user who violates these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
