The Dubai Islands: a property site that qualifies buyers before the first call
A salesperson opens a lead and sees what that person did on the site before filling in the form.
What we actually build
There are two roads out of this page. When the problem is how work moves through your business, that is operations. When the thing you need has to exist as a product — a platform, a portal, a tool people log into — that is software. Most engagements start on one and touch the other.

Follow-up that actually goes out
Our agents sit on hundreds of live WhatsApp threads, and good leads go quiet because nobody replied in time.
Not a bot talking to strangers. It finishes what your team started.
The system reads the history an agent already has with a lead and drafts the next follow-up — written for that specific conversation, in that agent's voice, ready to send or edit. The agent stops staring at a wall of stale threads working out who to chase. This is the shape of AI that earns its keep: not a bot talking to strangers, but a system that finishes work your team has already started.

Drawings in, rendered rooms out
Every client wants to see the space before committing, and the team rebuilds the same model by hand each time.
This build does not exist as a product you can buy.
A pipeline takes DWG floor plans and elevations straight in and produces 3D out — each wall rendered and stylised. The drawings a studio already produces become the visuals a client needs in order to say yes. This is the kind of build that does not exist as a product you can buy: it works only because it is written around one studio's file conventions and house style.

An assistant that knows your live inventory
Visitors ask the same twenty questions all day. The answers live in a spreadsheet, a brochure and someone’s head.
The conversation is not the product.
A concierge agent answers from the projects actually in the CMS rather than from a script, and the mortgage calculator carries the real lending rules rather than a generic formula — so a visitor who plays with it profiles themselves into a budget the sales team can see. The qualified lead at the end of it is.

Knowing which enquiry is worth a call
We pay for the traffic. Fifty enquiries landed this week, and nobody can say which three matter.
A score is only useful when you can see the reasoning behind it.
A lead dashboard built into the CMS itself, where the team already works — KPI cards, a hot-lead priority table, a per-lead engagement breakdown and an activity timeline. A salesperson opens a lead and sees what that person actually did before filling in the form. A score is only useful when the person making the call can see the reasoning behind it.

The documents nobody wants to read
Someone on the team spends the first hour of every day retyping PDFs into a system.
The measure of a good document pipeline is not how much it automates.
Invoice extraction, contract review, RFP responses, form digitisation. Structured output, validated against your schema, pushed into the system that needs it — with the low-confidence cases flagged for a human rather than quietly guessed. It is how reliably it tells you when it is unsure.

When the AI is one feature of something bigger
What we’re describing isn’t a workflow. It’s a platform or a portal that customers and staff log into.
Wix, Framer and Webflow structurally cannot go here.
Then it is a software build with an AI layer inside it, and the hard parts are the unglamorous ones: multi-tenancy, permissions, and joining systems that disagree with each other. A single deployment can serve several brand sites and multiple languages with full RTL, behind role-based access, with a page builder the marketing team publishes from without a deploy. That is what custom code buys, and it is the reason Wix, Framer and Webflow structurally cannot go here.
Platforms · Multi-tenant · Role-based access · Integrations
Sometimes the answer is not AI at all.
A company can be paying full price for software it runs at a fraction of its capability, and the fix is configuration: no new code, no AI, no build. If that turns out to be your situation, you will hear it in the first conversation, and finding out costs you nothing.

Whatever closes the gap between how your business runs and how it should. In practice that means systems that draft an agent's next follow-up from the conversation already in progress, pipelines that turn DWG floor plans into rendered 3D, concierge agents answering from live inventory, and lead dashboards built into the CMS a team already opens every morning. None of those are products you can buy off a shelf. Each one is written for one business.
Those tools are fine right up until the connector you need does not exist, the volume makes per-task pricing absurd, or the logic stops fitting inside a box on a canvas. We write code, so none of those walls are ours — we can reach an internal database, a legacy portal, a file format, or a system whose vendor never published an integration. The trade is honest: a bespoke build costs more up front and is worth it when the process is genuinely yours. If a no-code tool would do the job, we will tell you.
That is the entire argument for custom code. Your CRM, your inbox, your calendar, your file store, your internal database, the portal your industry forces you to use. If it has an API, a file, or a login, we can reach it. Nothing here requires your business to move onto our platform first.
Two paths, chosen at the start. We operate it — hosting, monitoring, iteration, and we own the on-call when something breaks. Or we hand it off — you get the source, a runbook, an onboarding session with your team and a support window, after which it is yours to run, extend or rebuild. Either way the work is not held hostage to a hosted service.
A single workflow can be live in weeks. A platform with an AI layer inside it runs to months. The honest answer comes out of discovery, because the timeline is set by how tangled the surrounding systems are, not by how much code has to be written.
The first conversation is free. If there is something worth building, the next step is a paid discovery: we go into how the work actually flows, what your systems can and cannot do, and where the money is leaking. You come out of it with a written recommendation and a phased quote you can start or stop between phases. No packages, no tiers — the scope is whatever your problem turns out to be.
Yes. When the thing needs users, accounts, permissions and a billing relationship, it stops being an automation and becomes a software build with AI inside it. That is the harder half of what we do, and the half most AI shops route around.
We are based in Dubai and work across the UAE and the wider GCC, which is why our systems tend to arrive already knowing things like local lending rates and Arabic RTL. Delivery is remote, and we take engagements outside the region.
Bring the process, not a spec. In the first conversation we will tell you whether AI is the right answer, roughly what we would build, and in what order it should happen. If the answer is that you do not need us, you will hear that too — it has happened before.
Free, no obligation. You leave with a clearer view of the problem whether or not anything follows.
